Actually, it doesn’t have to be.
We have the power to choose how our day is going to be. Sure, almost every body gets a case of the Monday Blues and almost every body counts the days until Friday.
I’m going to change my thought process.
I’m going to take charge.
I’m going to write my own story.
Wake up. Eat. Lift. Eat. Work. Eat. Run. Eat. Sleep.
